宝洁为什么会实施多品牌战略

根据我个人理解以及之前读过的资料分析,一是因为宝洁产品涉及多个领域,洗发水、化妆品、纸尿裤、香皂、牙膏...等,如果宝洁作为单一品牌时,会使消费者混乱,不知道宝洁到底是做什么的,即所谓定位不清晰。二是因为,如果其中某一品牌出现问题,不会影响到整个公司的形象。出于这个理由,我认为他们是刻意把“宝洁”这个幕后品牌给淡化了。
